Questions we get on every street
If yours is not here, call or text and we will answer it in plain language.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
Monthly is the sweet spot in Florida heat and humidity. Quarterly works well for households that bag everything tightly and rarely throw out food waste.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the bin at the curb after your haul day and we handle the rest. We text you when the clean is finished so you know it is safe to roll it back.
What if my bin is not empty when you arrive?
We clean the day after pickup so bins are normally empty. If yours is full, we skip it, leave a note, and you are not charged for that visit.
How hot is the water, and does it damage the bin?
Around 200 degrees at high pressure. That is hot enough to lift baked-on residue and kill bacteria, and well within what a polyethylene cart is built to handle.
Is the solution safe for pets, kids, and plants?
Yes. It is biodegradable and pet-safe, and none of it reaches your yard. Every drop of wastewater is captured on the truck and disposed of properly instead of running into the storm drain.
Do you clean recycling and yard waste carts too?
Yes. Any plan covers two carts of your choice. Additional carts are $6 each per visit.
Do you serve commercial properties?
We clean dumpsters and corrals for restaurants, HOAs, apartment communities, and retail plazas across Flagler County, including early morning and after-hours slots. Pricing is quoted by container size and frequency.
Can I cancel my plan?
Any time, with no fee. There is no contract and no minimum term on any plan.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain does not stop us. In heavy weather we move your clean to the next route day in your zone and text you the new date.
Still have a question?
Call, text, or send it through the form. We answer within one business day.
