Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the bin at the curb after your haul day and we handle the rest. We text you when the clean is finished.
What if my bin is not empty?
We clean the day after pickup so bins are empty. If we arrive and yours is full, we skip it, leave a note, and you are not charged for that visit.
Is the water and solution safe for pets and plants?
Yes. We use a biodegradable, pet-safe sanitizing solution, and every drop of wastewater is captured on the truck rather than running into the yard or storm drain.
Can I cancel my plan?
Any time, with no fee. There is no contract and no minimum term on any plan.
